Community is completely trashed. The security gate is broken and covered with a trash bag. The trash compactor is broken so piles of trash are building up around it. There is not a bin for bulk trash. The bulk trash gets thrown into a pile on the street. It looks very sad!!!

Rats, Termites, and poor HOA

I moved into Boynton Landings in 2018. I have had rats in my 2nd floor apartment on five separate occasions. The most recent finding was on 12/29/2020. I found a rotting rat in my oven drawer. When I call the HOA to report these issues, they don't seem to be bothered or willing to help. I have seen termites destroying my cabinets and window ledges. The "security" gate has never been functional. Despite having to pay for a gate pass, the gate will open for any moving car/ object. The sidewalks are ...

in bad repair. There are many cracks and uneven surfaces. It's a real shame. I enjoy my condo and landlord but the HOA is forcing me to find a new residence due to their lack of responsiveness.
