August 18, 2025This community is conveniently located in the South End of Charlotte and has access to both the CATS Lightrail and bus transit services. The community offer great amenities and overnight security. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests. The communication between the leasing staff and prospective tenants could be better and there could be a better system for ensuring apartments are clean and ready for the next tenant.Property Manager Responded

Don’t expect much from the office
