So far it’s been a great experience. the area is super quiet and crime free. Amber in the office is awesome and super friendly, would definitely recommend any of my friends to move here if they are looking for a new home

Overall, I love living here. The recent changes regarding the "deal" with Xfinity is the only reason this is not five stars. My Internet bill is more than double because of it and my Wi-Fi does not work as well as it did before. It is unfortunate because otherwise, BPA would be five stars. Also, if I could give 4.5/5 I would because, while it is really frustrating, big-picture it is not a huge deal.

It’s ok. It has been ok the last year or so. I am not sure what the future holds, things and people change here often. I like the community and hope they don’t raise the rent again when it comes time to renew the lease. Other than that, it’s ok. I appreciate that the current management is cordial. Not sure how the next team will be. It’s hit or miss. The maintenance people keep the grounds clean and that is nice.

Expensive but in a good area. These apartments are nice, but I still think they charge too much. I’m glad that toxic management from the past is gone. The dog park is nice.

This is my first time living in an apartment. What drew me to Bradley Park is the homelike feeling. It’s a smaller complex, spacious units, with beautiful well-kept property. The private garage that has entry to my mudroom/laundry room is something I have not seen in any other apartment. It’s only been a few weeks here, but so far all staff seem very friendly.

Had an issue with my garage door. It had been damaged previous to my move in and would not open. It caused parking issues and move in issues. The staff did a great job assisting me but the door company couldn’t get it fixed in time for my move in date.

I am so excited to be here. The rent is so affordable, especially for all the amazing things provided and included. The community has been very kind and friendly as well. Also, Bradley Park’s location is so amazing - it’s such a short trip to pretty much everything! Just a little north is downtown Puyallup and just a little bit the other way is South Hill.
