The new owners only care about their money. A little over a month before we were moving out we discovered discoloration in our master bathroom. We had maintanence come out and take a look and we were told there was some moisture but no evidence of mold. We went up while the ceiling was open to take pictures and sure enough, there was mold. We even took the evidence into a mold inspection and were told there was mold. The apartment office was very quick to close up the hole without drying it out
...even after admitting there was moisture. Not only did they not do anything correctly they were supposed to they also patched it up incorrectly where you can see all the screwed that weren’t sunk in and the ceiling is now partly sagging from inexperienced work. On top of that, we were not helped out at all for the month of inconvenience we had on top of being lied to. We didn’t bother wasting more time with this company because we knew it would be more of a hassle of us dealing with these people. This was not the only bad experience we have had with this place with this company but it was the final straw and by far the worst. I DO NOT recommend living here. These apartments are only 22 years old and have not been inspected by the new owners to make sure these buildings are safe to live in. They don’t care about the apartments or the tenants, just how much money they collect from them every month, which is way overpriced for the quality of this place.
