Lots of potential if ownership cared
September 5, 2025The office personnel and maintenance are fine and personable people. However, the entity that owns the facility routinely fails to arrange for the gates to be closed when roofs are being repaired, leading to car thefts and vandalism. In addition, they lure older renters into the facility with the promise of multiple elevators allowing access to the first floor and then fail to maintain them. As I write, ALL three elevators are down, and as a person who cannot do stairs, walking the dog ...literally requires driving downstairs to do so. If you don't mind leasing through a management company that does not care for the well-being of residents and fails to tend to the little things that would really make this a special place, then this project is for you.Property Manager Responded
