Lots of potential if ownership cared
September 5, 2025The office personnel and maintenance are fine and personable people. However, the entity that owns the facility routinely fails to arrange for the gates to be closed when roofs are being repaired, leading to car thefts and vandalism. As I write, ALL three elevators are down, and as a person who cannot do stairs, walking the dog ...literally requires driving downstairs to do so.
