September 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThere has been numerous complaints about mold that started June 2024 since then it has gotten progressively worse. I mentioned it and all the maintenance crew are told to do is come out and do moisture reading. There has been mold in my bathtub, the closet and on clothes in the closet, under my kitchen sink to point you can smell it coming up the pipes. There is mold on the windows seals. There is so much moisture in my apartment that the carpet was damp. The maintenance crew brought in a ...dehumidifier and it has to be emptied twice a day. The carpet still has moisture to this day. The gutters were so full that there was things growing out of them.The building by the office the gutters were clean, just the buildings across the street not facing the road had a forest coming out of them. The mold issue has gotten worse and has affected my health and the office manager acts like she could care less. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person living here.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The unit I wanted, I was told it was available and then it wasn't and then it was again and then it wasn't. And then a couple asked me where it was located because they couldn't find it to look at. I was shocked to see that it was the exact unit I wanted. I was sad. But I renewed my lease on my 1br. anyway. Other than that, I love it here.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comi could give it -15 stars. Ive had wildlife living in my ceiling for MONTHS. Scratching, scurrying, clawing at all hours but even worse in the early morning 2am-5am. Its so bad it wakes me up and keeps me up. I cant have guest, i cant sleep, i cant even just be comfortable in my own space. I played a video of the sounds for both maintenence and pest control. They all agree it needs to be addressed. I wish yall couldve seen their eyes while listening. Like they were surprised at how heavy and ...loud it can be. They sent maintenence out to put down bait and said it would take 7 days. I gave it 14 and still no change. Then i was told the office would need to get wildlife management out to address the issue. They have not. They keep marking my many submitted requests for this as "complete" yet they havent complete a single thing. Ive been struggling with getting any communication from them.
