August 13, 2020In July 2020, Colonial Court Townhomes has new ownership and management. The new owners are making significant improvements to the community and hope to earn a 5-star rating next time!

Horrible
August 9, 2015The place is horrible, my purse was stolen out of my car. The maintenance is not professional at all. We had black mold and it took them 3 days to remove it.Property Manager Responded
