First, maintenance requests take far too long to be completed. My water heater stopped producing hot water, leaving me unable to take a hot shower. I submitted a maintenance request, but after more than two months, I still had not received a response or resolution.
Second, management has been extremely slow in handling resident concerns. My rent is due on the 5th of each month. On one occasion, my payment was delayed by 1 day because my bank flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent and ...
blocked it. I attempted to make the payment on time and have proof of the failed transaction. I provided this documentation to the property manager, who told me she would handle the issue.
However, every time I followed up, I was told that approval from the landlord was still needed. Nearly two months have passed, and I have still not received a resolution. While the staff is polite and friendly in conversation, there is a significant lack of follow-through when it comes to addressing residents' concerns.
