First, maintenance requests take far too long to be completed. My water heater stopped producing hot water, leaving me unable to take a hot shower. I submitted a maintenance request, but after more than two months, I still had not received a response or resolution.
Second, management has been extremely slow in handling resident concerns. My rent is due on the 5th of each month. On one occasion, my payment was delayed by 1 day because my bank flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent and ...
blocked it. I attempted to make the payment on time and have proof of the failed transaction. I provided this documentation to the property manager, who told me she would handle the issue.
However, every time I followed up, I was told that approval from the landlord was still needed. Nearly two months have passed, and I have still not received a resolution. While the staff is polite and friendly in conversation, there is a significant lack of follow-through when it comes to addressing residents' concerns.

The apartment community is overall, very nice. Progress is being made on needed updates. Property management is polite and professional. Most maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner, though there has been a recurring issue in my unit that needs preventative work done to resolve this being a continuous problem.
Overall me and my family have found it convenient to work, downtown and a nice place to live.

Everyone here is very friendly. I really enjoy the pool area. The only thing that i feel needs improvement so far is the grilling area. There is overflowing trash in that area and the grills do not work. Additionally, i have not received my washer and dryer yet and that is a let down.

This is my first time living in an apartment on my own, and so far, I love it! The woman at the front desk was very helpful in getting everything set up, and it was extremely easy. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and homey! I can see myself living here for a long while. Highly recommend!

They are good people who try to work everything out for the residents. They are in the process of redoing the gym and hopefully the pool soon. Maybe the playground for the kids!

So far so good. Put in a maintenance request and they came the same day. Very friendly! Love the trash service! Nice pool. Nice lake, caught a fish! Friendly staff.

The pool having such limited hours when it’s only open for 3 months out of the year (which means you had 9 months prior to fix the issue) and kicking people out at 6:00 pm is ridiculous. It’s also lazy and doesn’t allow your residents to use all the “amenities” that you’re so proud of. And only having the pool open from Memorial Day- Labor Day IN THE SOUTH is pathetic. This company should really do better.
