August 18, 2025The apartment community is overall, very nice. Progress is being made on needed updates. Property management is polite and professional. Most maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner, though there has been a recurring issue in my unit that needs preventative work done to resolve this being a continuous problem. July 29, 2025Everyone here is very friendly. I really enjoy the pool area. The only thing that i feel needs improvement so far is the grilling area. There is overflowing trash in that area and the grills do not work. Additionally, i have not received my washer and dryer yet and that is a let down.Review from Apartments.com

June 28, 2025The pool having such limited hours when it’s only open for 3 months out of the year (which means you had 9 months prior to fix the issue) and kicking people out at 6:00 pm is ridiculous. June 26, 2025I have been away for 35 years, since moving from Spartanburg to New Jersey. Deciding to move back we chose Greenville due to my daughter and granddaughter. This community while reading many negative reviews (during COVID) yet understanding that the whole economy took on a new outlook (still recovering) we took our daughter's word and made the move. Frank , new manager (December) and his staff has made it as easy as they could for us to adjust. Monthly community gatherings . You have to try and ...meet your neighbors, if you choose cause you only get out what you put in. I'm an introvert and I must say I enjoyed myself Lots of community upgrades on the way I heard. Units are getting necessary repairs within great timing. Pool area is all finished and open. Community rooms getting an upgrade next! Gym is getting more equipment! Yes! There is so much more!
