ok area, maint can be slow, hot water/ boiler issues on a reg with no hot water but will notify you (sometimes). too many residents leaving dog poop on the grounds, JUST INCONSIDERATE. Old furniture left by the dumpsters, not a good look. Again, ok living...

I absolutely love living in this apartment community!

Affordable rent, large space and minimal loud noise

It used to be JUST a few roaches. I feel they have adapted to the pesticides I am using. My apartment home is well cared for and thoroughly cleaned. Years later, I do not see insignificant changes with the roaches. I am merely tolerating and cleaning to not break the lease. As I write this review, I have trapped nearly 6 mice this week. Pest control arrived days later as if they assisted. Not great on repairs, will close out work orders without servicing the unit. I have detailed pictures, ...
notes, messages, and invoices if you require "receipts" proof. The rent is awesome, the square footage is impressive, and the water is always hot. You are in the perfect location to move about the city in any given direction. Just ask yourself, “Are you prepared to live with various rodents?”

pools are def not sparkling, barely cleaned and/or open
laundry facilities is a joke, machines always out of order, areas are dirty not cleaned peoperly
maint can be slow at times, need more english speaking techs.

The apartment that I'm living in not is ok , I like that the metro buses are very convenient ,they runs and stop right in front of the apartment. easy access to work ,the property is kept clean . I like the ideal of the size of the apartment haven't had any problem with living here with neighbor.
