February 23, 2021Sandpiper does not support renters that have been here for over 2 to 3 years.. No FACE MASK By No One at the office or Outside staff Really !! Careless no discounts for renters that have made this place what it is. No carpet shampooing or anything. After signing a new lease you think but it doesn’t happen. They have specials to get people in but afterwards nothing.. People are moving out left and right fir better services and for a maintenance and a better crew. Manager the worst Rude !Review from Apartments.com

February 24, 2020If I could rate 0 I would. Not only did they move us into an apartment with an infestation problem..they also couldn't replace the microwave that is in the apartment because it's from the old management..which is odd since it is now theirs..and now they cant put screens on our windows..wow with these apartments!! Dont waste your time.There is also mold under our sink and they are trying to tell us that it is not mold when it is clearly blackened from the water that was leaking from our faucet!! ...Keep in mind my wife is pregnant. They dont care!!! They only want the money stay away seriously.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
