Attentive Management, NO AC, Good Neighborhood

A lot of little problems come up here -- the elevator breaks down a lot, the pipes back up -- but the management responds to everything really quickly. It's in a great neighborhood and a lot of the units are being renovated with hardwood floors, etc. THERE IS NO AC. It does get pretty hot and stuffy in the summer. Lots of dogs in the building and on the block, so if you hate dogs, this is probably not the place for you. Sound isolation through the windows is pretty bad so you hear a lot going on ...
