Absolutely love it here!
January 28, 2025My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, this is our first apartment together and we have no complaints! Our dogs absolutely love watching the ducks and playing with their new friends when they come to the fence. Not to mention all of the friendly faces who stop to admire them and give them pets. We’ve never had any issues, if a concern comes up Carlos and Valerie are quick to jump into action to handle it. Love it here
December 30, 2023I’ve lived here for years now and I absolutely love the complex and the community. Other places don’t compare and part of it is because of the awesome office management. Carlos and Valerie have repeatedly gone above and beyond for any issues or concerns we have had. They are truly dedicated to making the apartments feel like a home. Great place
December 29, 2023Great place to live, with a beautiful lake! The sunsets looks amazing. Very quiet, great pool and bbq zone. Also, my dog loves to run in the dog park! We really like it here
December 29, 2023We have lived here for several years off and on and we always come back because we really enjoy the property and apartments themselves. The apartments are spacious and updated and many have fenced in yards that really add to the home feeling. Peaceful apartments
December 26, 2023I truly value my family and I having a quiet and safe environment on a regular basis. Been here almost 5 years and everyone is respectful and nice to each other. New management sucks
May 31, 2023I’ve been living here for a year and some months and new management isn’t all that great. My statements have been wrong and they’re now changing me a extra fee for backpay on water for my last lease. If you don’t want the headache of getting a lawyer about additional fees that’s not on your lease agreement don’t move here. It’s not worth it.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2022The Breakers is a very quiet and peaceful community it’s always very clean the neighbors are very nice I would also say that it’s safe I’ve never felt scared or nervous while I’m out late. it’s an ok place
April 17, 2022The apts are just ok, I think they can be a little bit more clean and taken care of. The pool is always filled with leaves and dirt. On the weekends it’s always crowds at the pool. The inside of the apts are decent but not for what you pay monthly. Maintenance are good and very good and responds to request fast.
