September 7, 2021Leaving my lovely unit soon. Lived here just before the pandemic gone crazy last march 2020. Place is always clean, the manager Ashley is a sweet heart and always made us feel our concerns are heard and addressed on a timely manner. They also offered assistance with your rent if faced with financial problems during the pandemic. Place is well kept.. we have police /security that patrols around at night.. my neighbors are also nice and courteous . We all have different experience but mine was ...lovely! Amazing
April 17, 2019The location this property is in is perfect! My girlfriend and I have a one bedroom upstairs apartment here and it is so beautiful! From the Balcony to the bedroom and everything in between is just unique and more than amazing. There is so much space in the place, I’m running around doing backflips! (Sorry downstairs neighbors). AMAZING
February 14, 2019Wow is all I can say! First off, the area is phenomenal. Around all the restaurants and stores, shopping center is amazing. The facility is very clean & top notch. Grass was cut & green, pool was clean & the complex looked amazing. Ashley, the manager, was so so nice. We were coming in from out of state & young, she helped us out without even giving us any trouble . We visited many apartments before and many frowned upon our age. Ashley actually took the time to show us around & took us seriously ...unlike many other apartments. She’s very responsive on emails and phone calls. Spacious Apartment. Awesome Management
January 25, 2019Been living here for almost a year and absolutely in love with this apartment complex. We have a 5 year old who can safely ride bike through the sidewalks in complex. The apartment is perfectly sized and super new and nice with a washer and dryer in unit. Its close to everything and the neighborhood and complex is nice and quiet. But most importantly. Ashley the building manager os amazing. She is on top of everything. If you send an email, or a message, she responds in record time and even ...gets maintenance to resolve the problem like asap. Excellent Management and Maintenance Team!
March 6, 2018I felt like I just have to live here after the first inside tour of the 1 bedroom apartment a year and half ago. The apartment is newer, spacious and each unit has its own washer and dryer. Unlike most apartments' all beige interior, here they put up a grey accent wall which makes the unit look very nice. The management made my move-in a breeze. And, whenever I had a service request, their maintenance team took care of it right away! Highly recommended place to live!Review from Apartments.com

December 18, 2016We lived at the breakwater apartments for about 2 years. During the transition to the new ownership we had the pleasure of working with Ashley the new site manager and Carl the maintenance staff. Ashley was always pleasant and helpful and Carl was very responsive to every request. The location and cost value of the Apts is excellent.
