Great move-in experience!

Liz was awesome, and made moving in a breeze. I had to move in in a fairly short time frame, and she gave me everything I needed in very short time. The apartment was immaculate and had totally new carpet. It's a great location and a really well maintained property. Would absolutely recommend it!

She listened and worked with me during the takeover; answering questions and providing guidance. I appreciate the quality and her professionalism. I couldn't recommend them more. Avana on Breckinridge is a quiet community. I’ve only lived here for two weeks but I haven’t had or seen anything disturbing or picked up on any red flags. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to move here.
