Terrible Management and Awful Customer Service!!
September 18, 2025I previously wrote a 5-star review on this complex when I first moved in but then management changed. This new management has made the place terrible!! There is zero security but worse the management does not return any phone calls nor emails, to receive help you have to actually take a day to go to the office in person. I have finally moved but now I have not received my security deposit, it has been over a month, my emails aren’t being responded to nor calls to the office are NEVER answered. I ...now have to pursue this legally to receive a deposit I am entitled to all because of lack of communication and terrible customer service. For your sanity do not move into this apt complex!!! Living at the Breezes At Palm Aire is a BREEZE!
April 19, 2024I just renewed my lease and am looking forward to year 2! Suri, the manager, and Toni, assistant manager, are always friendly and check up to see that everything is good. Kevin is the head of maintenance and his team is already ready to help. They've been upgrading the landscaping, pool, clubhouse, workout room, and office the past few months. It's going to make living here that much better! They use a security guard in the evenings as this is not a gated community. The security guard does check ...up on the parking area as well to make sure that everything is right. I have a one bedroom/one bath apartment which is spacious and will laid out, and have my private laundry room storage area off my patio. I love that my neighbors as well as others who live in this community appear to be very friendly and say hello when you walk by. From inadequate communication and neglectful maintenance practices to questionable ethical standards, the company's shortcomings. Great apartment complex
August 1, 2023First of all, the people are very customer oriented, especially Toni from the leasing office and Kevin in maintenance. They truly care about their tenants. The apartment rooms are nice and the location is great as it is close by stores, restaurants and only 5 miles from the beach. The pool is so refreshing and clean.
