I have had the absolute worst experience living here. The communication from the management team is non-existent, and when they do finally respond, they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and when they finally do show up, it's clear they don’t care or know how to actually fix anything. I once put in a request for pest control due to cockroach infestation and the person who came to address the situation literally took a can of raid and sprayed it
...in the corners of the place. He didn’t even spray the entire unit. The staff, including the property manager, and regional manager, are more concerned about squeezing every last dollar out of you than providing decent service.
They charge exorbitant prices for out of date appliances and units that are nowhere near worth the rent they demand. The property is a mess—dogs are constantly off-leash, and the place is always trashy and junky-looking. My neighbors have had a rotting couch on their patio for over eight months, and nothing has been done about it.
This place is a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
