Life at Brentwood
September 28, 2023Property is always clean or cleaned up quickly. You can tell alot is going on and changes have been made and are still currently being made. Just like most of the economy- Struggles with finding workers who actually care has been a challenge but I believe the right people are in place now (staff is great and helpful) and I have high hopes that my time here will remain great.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Property Managment
December 7, 2022Property management will not stand by what they say. I moved out early and was assured everything was going to be ok because of renovations. Now they don't want to refund the security deposit. Maintenance loves to say they came by but my camera footage shows then didn't even show up.Review from Apartments.com

Worst Apartments I’ve Ever Come Across

WORST PLACE TO STAY EVER!
May 20, 2021I have been here a very long time and everything was good until they sold out to this new company, The people in the office are not helpful. I have put in numerous tickets about my a/c working properly. My apartment is hotter inside than outside throuighout the day, mu burner caught fire the day before Mother's day & I have yet to have anyone come see about that but yet they cleaninng out apartmwnts as soon as a tenant leav and have an occupant within a week, I have mold in my batyhroom, & a ...replacement kiddie toilet. New owners
February 13, 2021The previous owners were great! Now these people are horrible is 20 degrees out side and I don’t have hot water or heat!! This is unacceptable, I’ve been in this neighborhood since 2014. No major problems till now. When the previous owner where here things got fixed fast! Worst apartments ever!!! Don’t move here

Multiple Break-ins and Poor Appliances
March 17, 2020I wish I had a choice to give these apartments a 0 star due to safety and poor concern for tenants safety and terrible conditions of the apartments. Please DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS... unless you want your home broken into and your home vandalized. It was multiple break ins within weeks. The NEW management failed to let tenants know about the break ins, even after they knew about the break in that happened in my apartment too. I didn’t like the OLD management too much, but at least tenants ...knew what was going on in the apartments when things happen. It’s been about 6 break ins within 2 weeks. The safety of the tenants was not enough to let them know about the multiple break ins. It made me feel like they knew more than they were letting on. I guess they do no want to lose tenants. Well you lose tenants when you’re not honest and open with them about what is going on around them. The air conditioning does not work. Maintenance is NEVER able to fix it. The appliances are OLD and dirty and breaks down a lot. Make sure you are at home whenever you put in a maintenance request!!!!!!!! The apartments are a reasonable price..... but you also get what you pay for. If you do decide to move in these apartments, make sure you bring an alarm system and security doors with you along with a dog because someone is looking at your apartment and ready to kick your back door in!!!!!! The burglars love flat screens TVs and electronics. The property has cameras, but for some reason, break ins continue to happen especially through your back door. GREAT LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
September 10, 2019This property is all of what you make it. I have lived here 2 years with minimum to no problems. If you are a person that enjoys peace and quiet, you'd love it here too. Every apartment will require maintenance, that's just life! The staff has always been friendly and they actually care about you as a person.
