Nice apts big though needs updated quite

Been here 4 years.very quite building 1036 Very nice apts but need updated kitchen bathroom. Rust is starting to come through sinks etc. The previous mangerment moved us in with old carpet and needed painting But in saying that we repainted cause they are very big apts And quiet.

Nice space in apartments

Our apartment is huge compared to most houses for the price in this area. They dont do month to month which sucks but its worth it to stay a full year until we buy a house. It comes with a dishwasher AND washer and dryer hook-ups and that is what sold my fiance. Plus the large closets. We have been here since March with no major issues. I recommend this to anyone looking for large space for a lower price.

nice clean apartment. Pretty big size for the price. Lived there for 3 years while i saved for my house. clean property. the kids were a problem, but its gotten alot quieter in the last couple years.

the rent is a good price for the great space you get. love having a washer and dryer in my apartment. unfortunately they don't provide them but we rented some and it is way more convenient then going to the laundry mat. this was the only well priced place we could find with space and washer and dryer hook-ups. good place to live.

They can do a better job at fixing up the apartment complex and controlling all these kids running up and down the hallways. Start giving out consequences to the tenants of those children.
