August 20, 2024I’ve been a resident here for five years and we are leaving. The new owners and management team are literally running this place to the ground! The apartments are falling apart and the grounds are unkept. The rent has more than doubled with no reason. They also charge us these things separate from rent; 3 water/sewer, 2 trash, pest control (which none of us have ever seen) electric & gas for the shared laundry room and an admin charge all totaling well over a hundred dollars a month. You can ...never reach anyone for any kind of issue or problem, ever. It’s absolutely horrible and sad. It really used to be a wonderful place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 7, 2024My rent was raised almost $200 with no explanation or warning. My lease has been up for over a month now and I cannot contact anyone to tell them I am moving out. I’ve sent multiple messages through the app and to an email that was given and I haven’t gotten any response. After my rent was raised with no warning I look on the app and it says I owe another $153.Review from Apartments.com
