Living at Brentwood
February 25, 2025I recently just moved into Brentwood and so far so good Angie in the office is so superduper helpful and nice the apartment that she showed me on my tour was the apartment that I was able to get once I was approved which was super nice because one apartment complex that I was approved at a couple of years ago showed me one apartment and when I got approved the apartment that they gave me was not the same apartment and it was not as nice as the apartment that I was shown so I really love the fact ...that I got the apartment at Brentwood that I was shown, I had an issue with the heat not working properly and maintenance came out and fixed it within less than 30 minutes. I really love my apartment here at Brentwood and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 6, 2025The management here is absolutely wonderful, they make sure to get things taken care of quickly and the best to their abilities. Phones are answered, there’s always someone in the office now. It’s definitely a place that needed some work done, and it’s finally getting taken care of. Worst place to rent
November 20, 2019I would not live here. The office staff was very rude. Couldn't answer my questions, had no clue about the area or apparently how to help me. The hallways smelled really bad when she showed me an apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Can’t even get ahold of them
September 17, 2019I live in the Brentwood Apartments and I can’t even get a hold of anyone in the office I have tried to get certain things fixed it has taken them months to get the it fixed and in some cases I’m still waiting I have tried to contact them to find out about certain things but I can’t even get through to a person all I keep getting is the voicemail I’ve tried all of their numbers including the numbers of the other apartments that they are said to also manage but I can’t get through to anyone at ...any of the locations it is just bad all around the first floor apartments flood as well so be warned this is not the place to liveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 21, 2019a friend and I were looking for potential apartments and this one caught our eye, so we scheduled an appointment with them to tour their 2 bedroom, they scheduled us at 10am one morning and when we showed up no one was in the office. we waited outside the office for an hour and a half, we called them multiple times and left voicemails, they never called us back or emailed us or had any sort of correspondence after our supposed meeting time.Review from Apartments.com
