The last 2 years here I've seen incredible transformations take place. These apartments are in high demand and the turnover from a move-out to a move-in often happens in less than a day. You can put a deposit down for an apartment but if it doesn't include a completed application it doesn't guarantee a hold on that apartment. It is a competitive marketplace and time is of the essence especially in apartments like these. You can't blame management nor ask them to hold an apartment for you ...
for several days when someone else may have completed their application and put a deposit down. First come first serve to the person who turns in ALL their paperwork. If you choose to rent here I wouldn't waste any time because someone else will be happy to take your place. I watch the improvements take place daily and they are still going on. Not only has the entire facade been updated but the interior upgrades make these older apartments feel like new again. The community is a quiet one. We have a pool and a community garden. The manager is diligent, compassionate
and is always looking for ways to improve the community. The rent is more than fair for the amenities and the conveniences and sense of security. Would I recommend this property to others? Absolutely. It's become a hidden gem. A big thumbs up to our manager!
