Awful management. Lived here for 4 years. Very cheap, takes many attempts and much time to get fixes (ie: they let a broken faucet run for 2 weeks before fixing then charged me for the water, against my lease agreement). Flooding issues, false advertising with amenities (terrible laudromats/pool) and pricing specials. A massive frustration, but the location is nice for my needs.

Poor management and poor maintenance. Moved in because of the price and location. After a few months I quickly found out not worth the price the water heater went out and took over a week to get it fixed. Had issues with lighting outside in the parking lot informed the office and they didn’t care about the safety of the tenants. Electricity bill is extenley high due to old appliances and air conditioning units. The railings are poorly attached and rickety. Paint is chipping off the building. ...
Water leaks take months to fix. The apartment is extremely drafty. And then when I moved out they told me to replace and fix things that were broken when I moved in. Management never stays regular and changes every few months. And the parking lots flood everytime it rains. They also say that they have a clubhouse but when you ask to use it they dissidence it is for maintenance as storage. The apartments need a major renovation before anyone should ever move in. If you do move in keep a good record if your payments they will try to get more money out of you.

I am glad I found this cute little one bedroom apartment, it fits my needs and it is spacious and open! I love the vaulted ceilings and the open kitchen. The back porch is perfect for sipping coffee on early mornings and has enough space for a table and chairs! The complex is clean, well lit, and I feel safe here! Thank goodness I discovered Brentwood Timberlane Apartments!
