Let me start about recently finding out our mailboxes are broken into daily. I only discovered this after talking with the postal office regarding a missing package. The leasing office never informed us of this ongoing problem and from what I was told by the lovely postal service worker, they don’t care. Why would you not inform your residents of a vein being committed here or at advising them to have their mail held at the post office. Honestly, 0 stars should be an option for this place. I ...
had to resort to staying here because there was limited availability at other apartment communities and I did feel like it was nice after viewing the model. However a model is exactly what it is a, a facade that hides the underlying issue. I couldn’t even move my things in, despite paying rent, because the roach infestation was ridiculous. They were everywhere:the living room, kitchen, my bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment had a pungent smell, not to mention stains were in the carpet that should’ve been completely replaced. And don’t even get me started on the fact no housekeeping was done in the unit the floors were still dirty and bugs were all in the carpet. When I brought the issue to their attention, can you guess the great idea they came up with? Replacing the carpet when there was still an infestation instead of waiting until pest control came. Guess the same genius who gave the apartment the gold star for move in was the same nitwit who thought to change out the carpet and let roaches run amok in the new carpet. was told they would do a treatment and housekeeping would clean the place however I stopped by twice and the appliances were pushed out and roaches were still everywhere. So that means I had to push back moving again and that has been two weeks since I picked up my keys and set up the electricity. Also I was told that routine pest control was done for the buildings, however I only saw pest control once. And that was when they lied to the leasing office that I refused treatment for an apartment that so desperately needed it. Mind you I have a ring door camera so telling a tale that will only get proven wrong isn’t worth the effort Please, let me emphasize this, don’t make the mistake I did with living here I regret every single day and counting the months till I can escape from here.

So the customer service is amazing! One person working there named Daisy I believe is just so helpful and such a nice person. She deserves a raise or something! But all in all just perfect place to live and perfect people taking care of it.

After harvey hit Houston there seemed to be a lot of crime around this area, it has since ceased. I finally feel safe here again I’ve lived here 5 years and I couldn’t be happier! The parking lot lights have been out for a long time and I spoke with our new manger about the issue and how I felt unsafe parking my car in my reserved spot as my section was pitch black at night, the manager stepped up and had the lights fixed and even added a new super bright light that faces my and others covered ...

I was lucky to find Breton Mill with apartments.com awesome polygon tool. It's like a little hidden gem! Candise and Holly were helpful and friendly. Candise even stayed a little past closing one day to make sure we had everything set for the application. Our cool 1 br is on the third floor and overlooks a green courtyard with beautiful tall pine trees. Sitting on our little patio is like a mini vacation! There's plenty of natural light, which is fantastic. Our stay so far has been quiet and ...

LOVED LIVING HERE!

To start off, I'd like to say that this was the most perfect and easy stay I've ever had. For the price, this beautiful complex is absolutely a MUST for anyone trying to live in this area. It's hidden , yet RIGHT in front of Willowbrook mall. The ONLY negative was that every now and again you can hear the train,but never to the point where it can wake you up. Indian-pakistani community (including the maintenance man), but we LOVED all of our neighbors. Very peaceful and clean. APPLIANCES: The appliances are kind of old-ish, but we also never did use the dishwasher. The stove worked great. We didnt have an upgraded apartment so ours didnt come with a microwave, therefore i cant speak on that but i remember them mentioning in our contract that if something breaks due to wear and tear they replace it. GROUNDS: Its CLEAN, and upkept, the grounds people come very often, and quite frankly do a good job. They do start working early on week days, and do get a little loud, but usually only around 9am. not too early. AC: Our A/C stopped working once, they fixed it in 24 hrs , and didnt even have to come inside our apartment. So it wasnt that huge of a hassle at all . And they could have fixed it the first day, but the maintenance man was already off of the grounds by the time we called it in. We had a minor mold issue as well but they took care of that also. POOL: The indian maintenace man puts in MATICULOUS work cleaning the pool. It awesome for parties and BBQ, they have those quite often, but since the pool closes at 10pm, residents are usually out by 9. STAFF: I mainly worked with Candice, who i Believe is also the Assitant Manager there. But over the phone i have always dealt with the rest of the girls and they are all wonderful and very helpful. DEPOSIT: At the end of our lease, after 2 weeks, we got like 97% of our deposit back, i'm not sure why they kept $6 but there had to have something wrong with the cabinets i think . The APARTMENT ITSELF: The bedroom was nice and square and had SO much light, even though those trees outside were HUGE. The bathroom had extra room for all my Make up and goodies. The shower was just average american shower. The Kitchen and living/dining room had extra space and cabinets we needed. The HUGE window in the living room with pool view, was my favorite
