Horrible! The worst experience of my life as a tenant
July 11, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve never had worse problems than when I moved to STL in general when it comes to rentals, but honestly this place is taking the cake currently. They raised the rent $80 from what people have been paying for less than a year since new management took over, and I haven’t been able to shower in my unit for 3 weeks. When we ask why, every time they tell us a new excuse. If our lease didn’t end at the end of next month I would be raising hell, but now I’m just warning others.
