About Brewster Place Apartments

Brewster Place Apartments, located in the Westfort Neighborhood, is a charming Spanish style building just off the Broadway corridor across from Brackenridge Park. Our location is within walking and biking distance of the Pearl District, Farmers Market, museums, Incarnate Word University, Fort Sam Houston and many restaurants. Easy access to US 281, I-35 and I-37. Brewster Place offers one-bedroom units that feature private hall entrances, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, ceramic tile kitchen counters and back splashes, 9 Ft Ceilings, thick insulated walls with elite energy windows complete with half screens, central AC and heat. There is a laundry facility on the property for Tenants. No pets allowed. Currently we have one downstairs unit available that is efficiency which has a separate room for the bedroom, however only a single or double bed will fit. The unit rent includes electricity and water expense.
