Brewster Place offers one-bedroom units that feature private hall entrances, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, ceramic tile kitchen counters and back splashes, 9 Ft Ceilings, thick insulated walls with elite energy windows complete with half screens, central AC and heat. There is a laundry facility on the property for Tenants. No pets allowed. Currently we have one downstairs unit available that is efficiency which has a separate room for the bedroom, however only a twin or double bed will fit. The unit rent includes electricity and water expense.
