June 20, 2023Not enough parking for residents let along visitors. It is an older property and so.ething is always breaking. Not enough qualified maintenance people so it takes forever to get something fixed. My ac went out and so far it has been 4 days without.Review from Apartments.com

December 11, 2019I am currently residing at this apartment, and i have never seen worst apartment then this in Houston. Property is too old to live and unprofessional management and staff. maintenance request are closed without fixing the issue, all the staff are not at all courteous and very mismanaged. August 27, 2015The property is quiet, neat and secluded. The people are for the most part friendly although there are a few characters. The rent is proportional to the quality of amenities. That said do not expect granite counter-tops, garden pools or spacious closets. Pest concerns are addressed in a timely manner although not efficiently. Overall i'd say for the price, it's a good choice for someone looking to live a low-key life.....most residents seem to make this their final stop (older residents).Review from Apartments.com
