April 14, 2023Office management is a joke and nosey. (Putting eviction notices on peoples doors when they haven’t been living there in several months) It was all bills paid in the past and now it’s not and it still runs off of a cooler system so they still control the heating and air. The pool is nonexistent and they blame Covid for it when they know it’s condemned and too expensive to fix. (Managements exact words) People allow their pets to poo all over the property and not clean it up. The laundromat ...dryers ruin your clothes. Pest control comes every blue moon. October 3, 2016We searched for a place to live for about a year. We narrowed it down to about 4 places. When we found Briar Glen Apartments we knew this was the place to live. We waited about 3-4 months for the apartment we wanted to be available. We now live here & don't regret the move for a minute. The staff is eager to please. The neighbors are curtious. A Place to Call Home
August 10, 2015My family and I have lived here going on four years. Our apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The maintenance team is always ready to fix anything, btw in our four years we have only needed maintenance a few times, never anything major. We have the luxury of one bill a month since Briar Glen is all bills paid. The grounds are kept clean and appealing to the eye. We are a gated community with a security guard that's always walking around doing what he can to keep us safe. August 6, 2015My family and I moved here from San Antonio, Texas. It was actually a work transfer we never lived in a town home the girls love it. These apartments are pretty good we stay to ourselves as well as we don't have anybody bothering us. I have to say that the people here are friendly, along with the managers. If we every have a problem with anything especially the rent they are more than glad to help us. This is one of the best places that we have been staying in.Review from Apartments.com
