Si pueden irse a otra zona de apartamentos, háganlo!!! Mínimo una vez por semana está la policía en estos apartamentos, hay muchísimo ruido, los aparatos son viejos y defectuosos y no hacen nada, los apartamentos están muy mal!!

Now that Briargate is under new management they are great. Everything is kept neat and tidy. It's quiet. It's secured. The staff are always so helpful and they always have a warm inviting attitude when you talk to them over the phone OR in person. They are prompt in getting back to you. They've done a great job catching up on COVID backlog that was occurring and dealing the staff and maintenance shortages they experienced.

Friendly leasing office with great people running the show. They are always willing to provide help when needed. I love the community events that they host. It gives tenants the opportunity to meet their neighbors. I enjoyed the raffle events we had that supported charities. Nice apartments that are well maintained. Overall a great housing community.

Briargate on Main is on the way up. Management communication has increased, pool upgraded, parking lot re-done, there have been a lot of improvements. I am very happy living here!
