    I have been living at Briarwood House Apartments in Goshen, NY going on 13 wonderful years now. Briarwood has been the nicest apartment I've ever had. The apartments are spacious and lovely. Our tenants are like family--friendly and considerate, and our awesome Management and Maintenance crew are reliable and caring -- and always readily available when needed. Seasonal landscaping is kept lovely and impeccably maintained weekly. During winter, and days of snow and ice, walkways and parking areas ...

    I am a newer resident at Briarwood house but I am sure I will be here for some time to come. The property is always clean. Any issues that come up are quickly addressed by maintenance. Jill and Carlos have made the move in process seamless and have really made me feel like I am apart of the family!     I’ve lived at Briarwood for over 10 years. I love my spacious apartment and the beautiful, tranquil grounds that surround it. The pool and picnic area, with grills, are great places to enjoy friends and neighbors. Ownership, Jill, Carlos and staff are wonderful and always very responsive to anything that comes up. The central location and great school district complete the fabulous package!

    The entire staff of this development has become like family to me and mine. It is not only clean and calm, but there are beautiful seating areas for us to enjoy as a family throughout it as well. We LOVE the pool and community grilling areas. Beautifully located near the public library, a park, and the Goshen Farmer's Market.
