    Mostly living here is fine. Neighbors are nice for the most part. Sometimes we have to remind the Leasing Office and Managers that we have outstanding maintenance requests. Overall, I'll keep living here for a while.

    The building is older so it comes with a few problems but it’s nothing a fresh coat of paint and newer appliances won’t fix.just something to keep in mind

    So far my experience hasn’t been great. I haven’t stayed in my unit since I signed my lease. I’m finding issues after issues. I was told my unit was newly renovated but look like all was done was repainted. I have cold breeze coming through back door, front door and front windows which will affect my utility bill heavy

    Things have been alright. I love that I can have my dog here so that is a major bonus for me. The maintenance staff is friendly as well as the office staff. My favorite staff member is Ariz!

    I have had a lot of maintenance request ignored, and when speaking to office about it just seems like I’m a burden. Think it’s wild to pay money and not have the necessities met

    It is a good complex, the workers and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. I think the prices/charges are a bit excessive for the quality of the apartments, but that’s most apartments in 2025 unfortunately, it’s a good place to live or start off at.

    It has been good up until the second night and o cannot use my washer. I am paying for the amenities and this should have all been checked on before I moved in. Shouldn’t have to take me to check around after move in and now I have to go pay to wash.
