From a many years tennant: Pleasant
November 19, 2022Management responds to repairs; hallways are kept clean with minimal yearly rent increases for lease renewal. Location is fantastic for accessibility to many destinations even within walking distance. Many close by job opportunities. Two down falls: Parking: the lot designates reserved spots that the lot is shared with public parking which isn't always followed. Not management's fault about the parking. Apartment windows on the river side have an outside film /coating and are not the clearest to ...see out of. Management will not clean. Very difficult and dangerous for the tennant to clean.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worse place I've ever lived in 35 years
