Awful experience- do not rent here
February 18, 2022Staff is rude, extremely hostile, and unprofessional. The garbage is constantly overflowing in the dumpsters. You have to walk 2-3 mins just to throw out a doggie bag because there aren't any garbage cans on the property itself. Sometimes in the morning I would leave the doggie bag at my door to throw out later when I wasn't in a rush. I will always throw them out, but as stated, there are no garbage cans on site so one must walk very far to throw any small little thing away. The cleaning staff ...will go ahead and tell the front desk staff about this, and I received a phone call telling me to stop leaving my doggie bag out even though I always throw it away!! It seems they they try to find any little thing wrong with what a tenant does. They enjoy controlling and exerting their power over tenants in a hostile and harassing way. Even though, like I stated, there are no garbage cans on the property! The staff would rather blame the tenant than fix the problem that they've created. Another thing, we had to pay $600 for a pet deposit when we moved in even though on the site it says $300. Why? I have no idea still. They don't have set rules, they change as they see fit and when you don't follow them they will call and harass you and blame you for not following the rules they make up as they go. These people live sad lives and they enjoy exercising what little power and control they have in life. Just two examples of many I have had with the staff here. I recommend staying far away from this place! A truly toxic environment.
