August 1, 2022Not sure why this is showing a blended score of 4.0 when the reviews are all negative. I didn't live here but came to visit and the staff has zero clue what they are doing and do not appear to want to even try renting out apartments. Would suggest to anyone to take your 'business' elsewhere to an office staff that actually wants to be there.Review from Apartments.com
SMELLS LIKE WEED ALL THE TIME

Don't rent here!
July 11, 2022There has been 3 different management companies in the last 7 months; the transition is done with poor communication that causes the portal to go down and we can't pay rent online and have to pay in person, with only a day notice. The gym is NOT 24hrs even though they advertise it. The walls are so thin that you can hear neighbor conversations. All the walls have flat cheap paint, except for the bathrooms. There is NO storage at all! There is no closets for towels or linens and they lock access ...to the water heater which breaks down on a monthly basis because they don't change out the filters.
