Nice place to live.
August 7, 2023Pros: nice, quiet complex. Rent is doable. Staff is friendly. Cons: recently they moved our garbage dumpsters down the street and around corner. Reason: they said that the garbage trucks were messing up their asphalt. I disagree. I believe their snow plow trucks play a big role in the asphalt damage due to that heavy shovel hitting the pavement. There are disabled and elderly that resides here that don’t own vehicles to take their garbage to the dumpsters and they took none of that into ...consideration.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

AMAZING place to live
May 4, 2022Maintenance is really fast and have never came into my apartment without me present! (That is a fear of mine). The staff is always so friendly and welcoming (Michelle is the best). Super quite and safe neighborhood, the grounds are very well kept, I have even seen maintenance workers shoveling snow on the weekends. Great Community
April 29, 2022I have lived in this community for nearly 3 years now and can not recommend it enough! This has been one of the best places I've lived. The rent is well priced and the apartments are very well maintained including the landscaping. The office staff has been and is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had any kind of issues, the maintenance team were either able to come out that day or the very next. They are pet friendly. The only downside I'd say I've had with living here is that they have ...baseboard heading which isn't the best so electric bills will go up in the winter but by no means a dealbreaker. The maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The grounds is always well kept in any season. Also they are affordable. Highly recommend living here you won’t regret it. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it's the perfect size; it feels quite spacious. My neighbors are friendly and it never gets too noisy. They're affordable too! What a find!
April 1, 2022This is one of the best places I have ever lived since I moved out of my parent's house. The only complaint I have is that there is no central heating or air, with the heating being done by baseboard heaters and AC is a wall unit in the living room. It is impossible to keep the whole apartment a comfortable temperature, and almost as hard to just keep the living room comfortable.Review from Apartments.com
