The property is great about adding paint/covering up/"renovating"/dressing up the complex to make it "look pretty" but the interiors are actually largely neglected and overpriced. The location was just what I was looking for near all the places I regularly shop and my new job when I moved here 2yrs ago. So that was a plus for me the complex is clean and well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the negative is when it's time to renew my lease it is always more than I feel my apartment is worth but moving isn't my favorite thing to do.

Deerrun is located where N. Dallas meets Carrollton meets Addison so it is very centrally located, about 20 minutes from downtown/uptown. Pools are always clean and management is very accountable
