September 15, 2021Where do I begin? The building is beyond inefficient in terms of electricity, creating very high electricity bills for small units. Several of the units have uncontrolled humidity problems when the AC is running - so much so that any sheets and clothes and the apartment are sticky. When mold problems develop as a result of the uncontrolled humidity, the landlord is completely unsympathetic to any resulting allergies or health problems and unwilling to admit any fault despite being warned on ...multiple occasions of the ridiculous humidity that would inevitably lead to mold issues. Parking garage is a nightmare to maneuver due to improperly placed poles by the exit ramp. Overall, a disgusting place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
