This place is so peaceful and quiet, I felt very safe living there. Apartments are SUPER spacious while very affordable! Also, maintenance is great if anything was needed they came right away. They take good care of their residents.
Won't be renewing my lease.

I've been living here for almost 5 years & in the beginning management was amazing, I never had an issue, the neighborhood was quiet, recently things have changed for the worst.
I have awful neighbors. Frequent & very loud partying, their lack of care to maintain the outside of the unit (the trash that's left after the parties is disgusting) they brought lots of random cars parked them & over the years just left them in parking spaces that no one else can use & I as well as a few other residents ...
can't even park in front of our building they've admitted some of the cars don't even work anymore. I've spoken with management several times about everything & all I've gotten are excuses & disrespect no changes. Management is very friendly on the first of every month, but when it comes down to repairs & providing a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.? Lane Properties as failed tremendously.

These people are great and have been with this property for over 15 years. My girlfriends brother lived here happily for a few years over 7 years ago and currently I am having the same experience. It is a simple complex, but a great apartment for the price they go at. And the place is pretty quiet. They have a police officer that lives on the premise and honestly haven't ever seen a need for him other than just to be safe.
Great place and would recommend it to anyone.
