My Dad loved it!!!!
May 2, 2021My 94 year old Dad lived at Brightwood Plaza 3 different times, he always seems to return. Karen and the office staff are wonderful. The maintenance folks go above and beyond and the location is handy to everything. The only reason my 94 year old Dad is moving is because he requires personal care at this point. Great place to live
April 13, 2016I have been living here for 5 years and absolutely love it. The apartments are all very charming with the sunken living rooms. Maintenance staff does a superior job. The few times we had to call for repairs they showed up the SAME DAY to fix whatever needed repaired. For example, we had a window cleaner clean the windows one time who said that one window had some condensation and probably needed repaired because it wouldn't come clean. We contacted the office about this "non-rush" issue,a they ...replaced the window THE SAME DAY. The other things I LOVE are that it's within walking distance to stores and public transportation. Utilities are included with rent, and there's a party room that can be used simply by making a reservation. GREAT PLACE TO LIVERead MoreReview from Apartments.com
