Never got my lease right, chased my money every single month
March 22, 2025If you want headaches then this is the place for you. With a revolving door of property managers, management companies, maintenance staff, leasing agents, nobody ever knows what’s going on. It’s not maintained to any standard, and you will end up chasing your money no matter what you sign. These people don’t pay attention to anything but taking your money. Much nicer units at lower prices in surrounding areas… do not move here.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2024My family and I moved into our new place here at Brioso. We couldn't be happier. The staff here is wonderful. I was concerned about being a first time renter but Brandon changed that. He's absolutely amazing to work with, he took the time to listen and put me at ease. I can't thank him enough! It's hard to find property management with great customer service.
