My 8 years at Brisa have been a roller coaster with many highs and lows. I believe many issues could be avoided if both residents and management worked together to improve our community.
Some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, litter the property, and smoke marijuana throughout the community. These actions create an unpleasant environment and contribute to problems like insects. While residents must be held accountable, management also needs to consistently enforce the community ...
rules.
I’ve enjoyed living here, which is why I’ve stayed over eight years. However, it’s hard to accept a rent increase when these problems continue to get worse. I would only consider renewing my lease if my rent is not increased.
I also want to recognize Ms. Carla. I’ve been impressed by her efforts to improve the community, but it will take everyone working together to make Brisa a better place to live.

I love it here at Brisa At Shadowlake. The most peaceful apartment that I have ever had. Maintenance moves quickly and management addresses concern's as they should. No pest @ all. Clean, nice units.????

I want to say that the maintenance team at Brisa is awesome!! Thank you to the maintenance man that came after hours a week or so ago to get my AC working. And thank you also to the Maintenance man that came this past Saturday on a holiday weekend to get my AC cooling properly! Anytime I put in service requests they get done quickly!!! And the guys are always friendly and professional!! THANK YOU!!
