March 1, 2026I have been living here for 1 year. I have not had any issues with staff, maintenance, outside of the duck and dog poop the complex grounds stay clean. I made a good choice by choosing Brisa at Shadowlake.Review from Apartments.com

February 25, 2026The aisle are dirty outside my apartment. There are some cats outside add some nights they do a lot of noise and one of them througout at my balcony and the apartments office said that they can not clean the mess that the cats, that are not mine, did.Review from Apartments.com

February 5, 2026I’ve had a wonderful experience at this apartment community so far. The complex is beautiful, well-maintained, and very welcoming. From the very beginning, everything has gone smoothly, and I truly feel at home here. I want to give special thanks to Melanie, who has been absolutely amazing since day one. She supported me throughout the entire process, from my first inquiry all the way to move-in day. I was originally looking for a one-bedroom apartment, and thanks to her dedication and effort, ...she found something even better for me. I’m extremely grateful, without her help, I wouldn’t be enjoying such a great apartment today. She has been professional, kind, responsive, and very attentive from the start. I would also like to thank the maintenance team for their quick and efficient response. January 29, 2026I’ve been here almost a month now, and no complaints! Neighbors are quiet and nice. Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and always completing the tasks I submit in a timely manner.
