Just renewed ! Location and staff if great. I had an issue with my AC and they took care of it immediately! Neighbors are friendly. Pet Friendly and the area has everything from HEB Walmart around the corner.

My 8 years at Brisa have been a roller coaster with many highs and lows. I believe many issues could be avoided if both residents and management worked together to improve our community. Some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, litter the property, and smoke marijuana throughout the community. These actions create an unpleasant environment and contribute to problems like insects. While residents must be held accountable, management also needs to consistently enforce the community ...

rules. I’ve enjoyed living here, which is why I’ve stayed over eight years. However, it’s hard to accept a rent increase when these problems continue to get worse. I would only consider renewing my lease if my rent is not increased. I also want to recognize Ms. Carla. I’ve been impressed by her efforts to improve the community, but it will take everyone working together to make Brisa a better place to live.
