Senior one bedroom units feature carpeting, oven/range, refrigerator, storage unit, and two pull cords in-unit for emergency-use. The Senior building has controlled access, and on-site manager, a large two-story 3000 sqft. atrium with skylights, large trees and other plantings, a fireplace, patio furniture, and card tables. Bristol Courts also features two bedroom garden style apartments. Tenants pay 30 percent of their income for rent. Government pays the rest.
