i have rats in my apartment
January 30, 2025A rat ran past my girlfriends feet and ate through the wall and tried to bite my girlfriend on her foot. I went to the rent office they haven't came to the apartment yet. I put in a work order in and so has my father and sister. The rat ate through the wall. It has caused an electrical issue all through the apartment. They said it is an issue we created and its not on their end. We have lived here for years and they haven't fixed anything but they want to charge us extra money for the street ...lights, the lights in the building and charge us extra if one tenet drop trash we all have to pay for it.Property Manager Responded

Electrical issues and pest problem and Management Failure To Address Issues
May 21, 2020I would not recommend residing here from my personal experience it has been lackluster. The Apartments ELECTRICAL ISSUES. The breaker for my Master Bedroom keeps tripping causing power to fail Everytime I plug up my laptop for months now and The Manager Terrell Steen and his maintenance team has failed to address the issue. Also, not to mention the apartment has a PEST PROBLEM. Thank Goodness my lease is almost up cause I will not renew.Property Manager Responded
