Good Place Except For Roaches

I lived here for a year and it's great place to live in. It was quiet, and they had good amenities. This apartment is located in a very favorable place. You have super markets, banks, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. However, I am terrified of roaches and I just can't overcome the fear of roaches. roaches on the stairs. So I tried going around to another stairs which leads me to my apartment, but there was another roach roaming around there. It would be fine if I only saw them outside, but during my stay at this apartment for a year, I saw roaches in my apartment 5 to 7 times. They are huge and that's what drove me crazy. One day, I woke up and went to the restroom and I saw a creature quickly approaching towards me. I jumped out of the restroom kicking my toilet as I was in a rush to get out of the restroom. I think I became more traumatized of roaches living here.
It is a good place, and well managed. However, I can't see myself living here again with the roach problem.
