Good Place Except For Roaches
July 21, 2020I lived here for a year and it's great place to live in. It was quiet, and they had good amenities. This apartment is located in a very favorable place. You have super markets, banks, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. However, I am terrified of roaches and I just can't overcome the fear of roaches. There were a lot roaches roaming around the apartment complex. I would see them at least once to twice a week around the apartment complex. I live on a second floor, and there were ...roaches on the stairs. So I tried going around to another stairs which leads me to my apartment, but there was another roach roaming around there. It would be fine if I only saw them outside, but during my stay at this apartment for a year, I saw roaches in my apartment 5 to 7 times. They are huge and that's what drove me crazy. One day, I woke up and went to the restroom and I saw a creature quickly approaching towards me. I jumped out of the restroom kicking my toilet as I was in a rush to get out of the restroom. I think I became more traumatized of roaches living here. It is a good place, and well managed. However, I can't see myself living here again with the roach problem.Property Manager Responded

Fabricated move-out damages
April 28, 2017Enjoyed the apartment...unfortunately ruined by fabricated move-out damages. My fiancee requires a disability animal and for some reason or another, the folks at Brittany in Oak Creek seemed the think that they could get away with saying that there was heavy "pet" urine damage requiring full replacement of carpet. They also told me a series of lies about "your carpet was new when you moved in," even though I had proof that it wasn't, tried to show me a picture of the "damage" but it was clearly ...a different floor plan and then claimed it was a "system error," and THEN took almost 10 days to provider photo "proof" which were cropped images with no metadata or timestamp to prove when they were taken and no identifiers to be able to tell if it was the same apartment. The law states that a disability animal should be treated as a medical necessity, not as a pet. Our animal is trained to perform various functions and in case of bathroom emergency is trained to hop in the tub. There is a 0% chance that he had ANY such accident in this apartment. All lies and deceit. Luckily, I recorded al the lies I encountered in person, and have a paper trail of their lies to back it up. Currently taking legal action and yes, it is worth all this effort for a few bucks simply on principle of right vs wrong. Ya crooks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Hidden Gem
August 3, 2015Great find in Orange County. Amazing location - easy access to the 405 and a short drive to the 5, not far from Irvine Spectrum or Fashion Island, many options for food, groceries, shopping, doctors etc. in this area. Reasonable rent especially when compared to similar complexes in the area and all the amenities. I also like that parking isn't difficult for guests - uncovered spots are open to everyone. In-home washer and dryer, central AC/heat, and very helpful maintenance workers. Management ...makes living in an apartment as painless as possible. I didn't rate it a 5 because there are too many noisy children running around and taking over the three pools on weekends, but I guess if you're a parent/family, you might have a different opinion.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The Brittany iin Irvine is home...
July 24, 2015Living at the Brittany is like living at a resort. My apartment is spacious, bright has new appliances. The complex is gated and very well maintained. I called maintenance to clean the stairs outside my unit a few months ago and the next day they sent a crew to power wash the entire building, all 3 floors! Needless to say, maintenance is very responsive. The complex is quiet and they allow dogs in a few buildings. The Brittany is a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
A good place to live!
July 21, 2015I'm living in this apartment for almost a year. I like the amenities and location close to a relatively large plaza. It's located on a quiet street and have lots green trees inside. It has 3 pools and each pool combined with gas BBQ zone. Also you'll get free access to lots of parks, tennis courts and other sport areas across nearby communities as well.Review from Apartments.com
