These apts are OLD. They don’t do nothing but do patchwork everytime someone moves out and then still jack the rent up on non remodeled units. AC units and hot water heaters are OLD. Huge turnover rate on managers. My ac doesn’t work properly and they haven’t bothered to replace it. The inner workings of the complex is OLD. German roaches everytime you turn around. Pest control doesn’t work on em.
