November 25, 2019The property is poorly managed. There have been 5 managers in the past 3 years. The emergency maintenance only come during office hours. I got locked inside my apartment with my one-year old and the maintenance personnel did not come until the next morning because he did not take it serious which it is a fire hazard. I was late for work, and when contacted the manager and regional manager no one cared enough to return the call. The apartment is expensive to only come with 4 walls and a pool; no ...extra amenities. They’ve removed the drop boxes which makes it harder for those who work during office hours to get paperwork or pay rent. Residents should not have to pay a online fee of $12 to pay rent when they could have dropped off a $0.70 money order in the drop box all because of a corporate decision. No one cares about the residents as long as the rent gets paid. This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.Property Manager Responded

The current office staff has been at the property for over a year and we are trying to make sure things run smoothly! Our maintenance staff has a 24 hour emergency on call phone and we are sorry if things were not handled properly. Can you tell us when this happened so we can research it further? We do not have a drop box anymore, but we do offer payments in the office during business hours and online 24 hours per day! Thank you for providing feedback on the ways we can improve! We appreciate all of our residents!

Horrible place to stay
May 23, 2017They have a lot of brown spiders for the rent you pay. I recommend you go to another apartment complex its worth it please whatever you do DONT MOVE here at all. There are two young ladies that work here and they are really nice but the apartment itself is not what you want trust me.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible place to live
March 7, 2016It's nearly impossible to get them to come fix anything that's wrong. We've had to request things three of four times before it's actually fixed. Management keeps changing so the rules change constantly (i.e. Our direct tv dish placement was approved, then new management came in and ruled everyone's dishes were not compliant so we all had to pay direct tv to get them moved) and they're clueless when it comes to anything. They don't clean the outside of the buildings so they always look run down ...and trashy. Walls in the bathrooms are exceptionally thin so you can hear EVERYTHING private your neighbor does in theirs. August 5, 2015I moved down to here from Ma. I looked at a few Apts here . What sold me on this apt is the rent was the same as other places. But on the average it's 150sqft larger than most for a one br . It's a clan quite place . With pool ( pool could be a bit larger ) The staff here is very helpful and good people.
