If you are looking for safe and clean environment in downtown Phoenix, Alta Warehouse is a great option. Staff is friendly and helpful, and overall things work efficiently. For those looking for amenities, there are a lot of them, such a clean pool and hot tub as well as valet trash service. The community is overall quiet and considerate, and it's a good environment overall for those working from home or looking for a short commute. The staff is great! Parking is an absolute nightmare for residents and forget about having reliable or comfortable parking for any guests. I wish there were trash chutes available for being able to throw away trash easily on the weekends. Appliance, flooring, and cabinet choices are cheap. If moving weren’t such a pain, I’d definitely consider finding another place that isn’t so loud, has much better parking available and had more quality craftsmanship and appliances.

At the very least there is nowhere for the residents to park let alone any guests. THERE IS NO PARKING WHATSOEVER! You get 1 parking space for a monthly fee, but if you have a guest or another person living in the unit with you there will be nowhere for that person's vehicle. This place is a total joke, BE WARNED!

Location is good and the amenities are nice. Parking is bad even without one of the buildings open yet and constantly finding new issues from when they were rushing to get the apartment finished. They force you to get Cox and it drops all the time which is extremely inconvenient since my girlfriend and I both work from home. We were also promised a dog park when we moved into our apartment at the start of November and a rooftop patio in mid-December, but neither will be ready until at least the ...

end of February now. Also, be ready for parking to be an absolute nightmare. Very little parking available even without the complex being full and they are now making it so no guests can park at the complex.
