        Incredible place to live. The layout of our apartment has a great flow with plenty of storage and a large kitchen. The location is within walking distance to the center of Sugar House, and the walk to get there is enjoyable. The leasing and maintenance staff made moving in easy. They are very friendly, informative, and quick to respond. Our apartment interior was in great condition when moving in, and the apartment complex is well maintained overall.

        I signed a lease based on a virtual tour because I was out of town. The experience was easy and PG, the leasing agent was very professional and always got back to me very quickly with any questions.         We need more hot water, we need more parking, the door to the back of the parking garage is always broken into, the dog run is disgusting, the dog wash floods the hallway. Other than that, I like it here.
