Maintenance not effective

I've been living here for 5years and watched property move from one owner to the other. Recent owners are invisible and you can't get Management to comeby when you have major issues. I have a flood incident at my unit and I have not seen Management to come see damages or offer their apologies for damages. No maintenance on the property and when you have emergencies. You wait days for maintenance to be brought from another facility. Still waiting for unit to be fixed. Nightmare!!!

Thank god, new ownership, loving it!

This apartment is actually so good, European style outside, securely gated, cameras, pool, dog park, play park…but over the last year management didn’t do good job. Recent new ownership is doing great changes and they’re very attentive, this apartment much needed it. They solved my problem in a day. I requested to move to new renovated unit, it’s just worth it. Loving it now!

Bad management

I would have rated this place 4 stars when I first moved in 3 yrs ago. Good manager, good maintenance, small kitchen. Now it's a one star. Management keeps changing and getting worse. They only see you as a dollar sign. You can only pay online now. Maintenance is the only decent thing about the place.
