Lived here for years, they give one parking pass per apartment for the main lot but anyone and everyone parks there anyways forcing the real tenants to park on the street. I've dealt with finding a parking spot every night for 5 years.

This has been a great first apartment for me. The location is great, right in between clintonville and worthington. Yes it can get a little sketchy here sometimes, but police frequent the area which makes a big difference. I live in the last section of apartments with the cemetery as my back yard. I don't have to deal with the riff raff closer to the street.
The apartments are the bare minimum. they only replace things when they are completely unusable. but I knew what I signed up for. this ...
apartment served it's purpose for me when I was low on income. I wouldn't mind coming back if I found myself in the same spot. I've been told I'm very brave and tolerant for living here as a young single female. but I think this place is great for the purpose it serves
